Shipping policy

Shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 21 Days or longer. The postal service and most shipping companies have delays. You will receive tracking information once your order is paid in full. Kellum Custom Krafts will not be liable for lost or damaged packages. You will have all of the shipping company's information and can file a claim with them. Due to printing from a third party, it is very important to order your items ahead of time. November and December are the busiest times of the year. Shipping delays may be longer due to the holidays. Due to the pandemic, shipping times can be extended.  I cannot guarantee a date your package will arrive. Please keep all available tracking information.
